1. How is the driver's privacy maintained?

The driver and guardian have separate secure logins. The driver has access to recorded trips and events in detail, whilst the guardian is only able to see summary statistics.

2. Can't I just use an App on my mobile?

No - we think it is best to avoid phones as we don't want to give new drivers another distraction. Texting and emailing whilst driving is bad enough.

3. How long is the warranty period?

If the device fails we replace it free of charge.

4. Where does the device go?

The device should be mounted on the centre of the dashboard close to the windscreen.

5. How easy is it to install?

It's really simple. We have designed the device to be self-installed. It plugs into the 12v or cigarette lighter socket and simply attaches to the dashboard with velcro pads.

6. Is this just for L & P plate drivers?

No, any driver can benefit.

7. How do I know if my driving is improving?

The number of in-car alerts will reduce. On the website you will begin to see your results and ranking improve.

8. Once ordered, how long does it take get my device?

It can take 4-6 weeks from initial order to receipt of device.
